PowerPoint to PDF
Turn slides into a PDF anyone can open. Nothing uploaded.
Each slide becomes a page, with its text, pictures, shapes and tables where they sit. Best for simple slides: gradients, shadows, charts, SmartArt and animations are not drawn.
How it works
- Pick your files.Pick a PowerPoint file (.pptx).
- Your phone does the work.Tap Make PDF.
- Save the result.Save the PDF: one page per slide.
Slides that open anywhere
A PDF of your slides opens on any phone without PowerPoint, can’t be changed by accident, and is easy to print as handouts. Each slide becomes a page the same shape as the slide, with its text, bullet points, pictures, shapes and tables where you put them, in the slide’s own colors.
Good to know
- Best for simple slides: gradients, shadows, charts, SmartArt and animations are not drawn.
- Text is set in Noto Sans, so a deck in an unusual font will look a little different.
- Hidden slides are left out.
- Made in Keynote or Google Slides? Export as PowerPoint (.pptx) first, then pick that file here.
Questions
Why does my slide look different?
The slide is redrawn on your device from the file, without PowerPoint. Plain text, pictures and shapes come out right; effects like gradients and charts are left out. For a pixel-perfect copy, use PowerPoint’s own Save as PDF.
Are speaker notes included?
No, only the slides.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF is made in your browser, and it works in airplane mode.
